A few of our community members have sent in strong emails requesting the El Dorado County Board of Supervisors to reject these projects in the face of this legal threat from the developer. I want to highlight one in particular below. This email summarizes well the numerous points we have made over the last 24 months to our county officials. I want to encourage you to take a few moments and ensure your voice isheard.
Please email the County Supervisors this week. Use your own words and I encourage you to keep it simple. Here are couple points you might consider:
- Thank Supervisor Parlin for standing firm, so far
- Remind our Supervisors that safety must come first
- Tell them these facilities do not fit in Rescue and should not be allowed to proceed
