An overzealous developer is planning to build two substance abuse facilities on Rural Residential single-family parcels in Rescue, CA. They are trying to utilize unchallenged state laws to run over county requirements and reviews that are intended to protect communities. The Rescue locations are not suited to care for the proposed patients, who are being uprooted and transported into Rescue from all over California. It is up to the community to push back and get these developments stopped.
