Public Board Meeting Jan 30 – 9 AM Help Needed

The Rescue Deer Valley topic will be discussed in the El Dorado County (EDC) Board of Supervisors (BOS) meeting on Tuesday, Jan 30th at 9 am. You can attend the meeting either in person at 330 Fair Lane, Building A, or via ZOOM. You can view the agenda and get links to Zoom at the following: County of El Dorado – Calendar (legistar.com) – look for “Board of Supervisors” Jan 30, Agenda.

If you want to support our effort, there are a couple ways you can help.

#1 – Send an email to Supervisor Parlin, bosfour@edcgov.us, with your position on this issue. There is a sample note we just updated on this page to help you write your own. Contact El Dorado County District Supervisors – Rescue Deer Valley!

#2 – Attend the BOS meeting if you can. We realize Tuesday at 9 am can be a difficult time to pull away from work, but if you have the ability, please show up in person in Placerville, or attend via Zoom. There will be a public comment opportunity, so please take 3 minutes to express to board your key concerns. All comments and written materials will be put into the public record, and it helps us document the community concerns regarding these developments.

If you want to present at the BOS meeting on 1/30, drop us a note in the contact form and we can help coordinate various topics so we don’t all say the same things.

Now is the time to show the community reaction to these proposed developments to our County leaders!
